Panorama Park / Deep Cove Park Planning Study

Panorama Park and Deep Cove Park are adjacent waterfront parks, popular among neighbouring residents, and drawing visitors from throughout the Lower Mainland to many special events. The District of North Vancouver had recently acquired three residential lots to add to the parks. With recreational pressures on the land and water increasing, a broader analysis of these parks was needed to address the demands related to special events, commercial recreation activities, parking, and potential expansion of facilities for water-based recreation. A thorough analysis resulted in design options and recommendations for the three lots and the surrounding area, developed with stakeholder and public consultation.
