Joe Brown Park Master Plan

Half of Joe Brown Park is an established park, and the other half is currently a gravel pit, to be developed into parkland after disposal of fill is complete. CBA prepared a long-term plan with full public consultation. Several design options were generated, and 3D visualizations of these were prepared in order to assist in understanding the contouring of the pit area. The park plan retains and improves equestrian facilities, provides a detailed plan for filling the gravel pit with a viewing mound included, and accommodates a neighbourhood bike park, dogs off-leash, and an improved trail system.
