Camp Elphinstone Master Plan

The YMCA has determined that Camp Elphinstone will sustain significant growth as the major location for YMCA camping in the Greater Vancouver area in the coming decade. CBA, as the project planners and landscape architects, prepared a master plan for the upgrading and expansion of the camp, managed the approval process (include ALR removal and Development Permit), and prepared designs for site improvements. The initial process involved a site analysis, visioning, program development, and a charrette to develop options. The result will be a camp that respects the social and environmental values of the YMCA community.
