Abbotsford Parks, Recreation and Culture Master Plan and DCC Bylaw

CBA is preparing a status report and update of Abbotsford’s Parks and Recreation Master Plan, now also including Culture. This involves documenting achievements and changing priorities, and provision of an updated implementation plan and budget. CBA was also contracted to prepare an updated DCC Bylaw for parks acquisition and development. This involved a review of parks classifications to make the DCC Bylaw more consistent with parks supply.
