B.C. Hydro’s seismic upgrading of Ruskin Dam will cause a large cut slope immediately above Wilson Road, which is highly visible from the publicly accessible dam. CBA is using a bioengineering approach to restore the vegetation on the slope; services include preliminary and detailed design, and design services during construction.
