Colony Farm Agricultural and Park Service Yard Location Study

Colony Farm Regional Park is a historic property within the Agricultural Land Reserve. Currently managed from a temporary trailer and an old farm shed, the park is in need of a proper service yard and administration building. This study identified and evaluated potential locations and layouts for the proposed facility, considering: environmental, agricultural, visual, park use, flooding, and cost considerations. Computer 3D visualizations were prepared as an analytical tool, and an evaluation matrix was used to balance the various criteria.
