The YMCA has land holdings in its endowment located in Langdale, B.C. close to the Sunshine Coast ferry terminal. The Sunshine Coast Regional District was preparing an Official Community Plan (OCP) for an area that encompasses these lands. CBA prepared conceptual development plan options to assist the YMCA in determining the land use potential for this property, as an input to the OCP process.
