Rockchild Landing

Rockchild Landing is a 130 ha parcel of land, including 1.6 kilometres of shoreline, located along Westside Road on Okanagan Lake. The proposed development includes waterfront residences, realignment of Westside Road, and designation of park areas to protect environmental resources. Managing and minimizing the visual impact of this hillside site is crucial to ensuring the successful implementation of the project’s vision. CBA was a subconsultant, preparing 3D visualizations to support the visual impact assessment. Based on the visualizations and environmental impact assessment, the proposed plan underwent significant adjustments.
